We’re teaming up with small group coaching studio, Gym on the Square for a Girl Grads exclusive strength workshop!
Expect a one hour class (one PT to 4 people) designed to make you feel empowered and confident to take on the weights section.
To wrap up, we’ll refuel with some snacks from Eatboundless and refreshments from Cano water with an opportunity to chat to the experts all things strength training.
